    Hi redbull08,

    I’m sorry to see this.

You can text STOP in reply to the texts to stop these.

We can’t stop individual texts from our end, but we can apply a premium rate SMS bar to your account.

If you'd like us to arrange this, email me with your details via the link in our profile here.

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me, please quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure I've got it could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Thanks

    Thanks for reply but ....
If you apply a premium rate SMS bar to account...then I wont be able to use it for its main purpose?
How can I send stop if ive blocked the number and never get txts from them? So theyre taking £3 continually and i receive nothing in return..
Ever know when they are going to take it either...Your company werent bothered if i leave and go elsewhere which is bad as ive gave them hundreds pounds for many years. Trust this explains
