There will be one (1) individual prize of an ex-rental Fiat Rimor Trimarano 3 motorhome.

The prize is an ex-rental 2011 registered Fiat Rimor Trimarano 3 motorhome to the following specification; RHD Fiat 2.3 TDi engine, 5 speed manual, air conditioned cab, 6 berth (3 doubles), one fixed above the luton, 1 low fixed at the rear and the dinette table converts in to the 3rd double bed. 6 certified seats, Truma blown air heating, 3 way fridge/ freezer, gas hob, microwave, shower & toilet, TV/DVD & Xbox 360,12v to 24v power inverter, reversing sensors, bike rack fixings. The motorhome will have approximate accrued mileage of 38,500 from previous ownership.

The motorhome will come with a 2 year habitation unit warranty (this does not cover useable items, for example, shower, oven, electrical items etc.), a one year mechanical warranty and 6 months' road fund licence.

By entering the competition, the prize winner confirms that they will accept the motorhome in the condition as delivered, and that they will be responsible for making their own arrangements for insurance and the ongoing maintenance of the Motorhome including all applicable costs.

By accepting the prize, the winner is acknowledging and agreeing that Channel 5, Cloud Nine Incentives, and Ricochet Ltd shall not be responsible for any mechanical (or other) faults that may develop after the winner takes ownership of the vehicle, and the winner is further acknowledging and agreeing that none of these companies shall be liable for any damage, loss, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, and howsoever caused, as a result (direct or indirect) of their ownership or use of the prize (provided that nothing herein shall exclude liability for personal injury or death due to negligence).

The prize winner must take delivery of the vehicle at their home address. The date and place of delivery will be agreed between the winner and Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, but must be within the United Kingdom.

The prize winner must sign the vehicles V5 logbook, hold and present a valid driving licence (both Paper and Card parts) and present proof of insurance ) prior to registration of the motorhome in the winner’s name.

The prize winner must confirm acceptance of their prize within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine Incentives or the prize may be forfeited and another winner drawn.

Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine Incentives will accept responsibility for the vehicle being unavailable or withdrawn. In the event of this, Cloud Nine Incentives will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Channel 5 as a result thereof.

There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable. However, Channel 5, in its sole discretion, may agree, at the winner’s written request, to register the motorhome in the name of a family member of the winner (upon receipt of the family member’s written consent and upon compliance by the family member with clause 7 above), rather than the winner.
