is the bacon clearly marked per slice?

Yes it is on the counter, however, in one store they had it prepacked in 12 slices on one of the ends with a deli sticker on it for £1.80.

Kids, yes my eldest has the worst attitude I have ever known, they just don't seem to want to respect you at all, think they can test you against each other which drives us up the wall.

Well he is slowly coming out with the truth, he has now told me the name of the lad who is making him sell them, and that there are a few others in his class that are doing it aswell.

He has said that if he doesn't give them back he will get beaten up, not sure now on what I should do, :-

Give them back to the lad and tell him that he has been caught and parents have gone mad and still let the school know what is happening, but if I do this, he still will probably get beaten up at some point because obviously they will question the lad and then he will go after my DS for dobbing him in.

Well as a teacher I would say involve the school make sure they are aware that you will not tolerate any backlash from the other boys against your son. But I would also be prepared in case your son isn't as innocent as he is making out, the stuff about being threatened could be just to stop you speaking to school.

If they go half price i will get some , personally i never look there at the butchers counter always go to cooked meat one but i sure will be from now on

I've never even looked twice at the butchers counter there before. I certainly will do now. Good offers!

Next is 2 minutes away in the car for me. I haven't bought the girls many summer clothes this year as the first 6 months of the year we have had so much to pay for or broken things needed replacing that we haven't had much spare money. This is the first month I actually feel like I have disposable money! So I'm going to pop down and hopefully get them a couple of bits. I have some birthday money left so would like a couple of tops.

I've been roped in to going to legoland tomorrow so if I want to go to next ill have to go early!
