    You can add to that, T's Value grapes, usually 98p or there abouts, went to buy some yesterday for DD, £1.75 they wanted for them
    :eek::eek::eek::eek:

    The 650g packs are half price £1.62 in T's

    Edit: These are loose grapes that are half price , I was going by the weight on msm.

    Not sure if it's been mentioned yet (did a quick search);

    K's Variety Packs are £1 in A and £1.04 in T.
    Shredded Wheat 16 pack is 97p in T and showing on MSM vs £2.08 in A.
    Shreddies also on offer in T's £1.04 comparing to A at £2.09.

    I was so :eek: I didn't even bother looking at any of the others ones :rotfl::rotfl:

    Don't remember seeing 650g packs before :think: Will check that out though :beer:

    Ive noticed this recently with items i buy on a regular basis!

    granny smiths apples 2.00 a bag used to be around £1.30:eek:
    porridge 1.20 used to be £1 when I last bought in the petrol promo in the summer, that is a massive 20% increase and a real pithtake!!:(

    I agree especially on the crop products because of all the rain we have had this year it has got to have some impact on yield/quality.
    I'm stocking up on the tinned Smartprice potatoes that I use as fillers these are yuk as they are but nice drained and roasted, and @ 16p a tin good value imo.

    Sorry, they are the loose ones, I was going by what it said on msm.

    Someone bought a load in Adsa and they compared well with T's :)

    Yes, yes and yes.
    Aware of K's variety packs on offer at T (although work out still quite expensive per kg even at £1 - or even £1.04 less 10%).
    Shredded Wheat 16s mentioned already (although good to mention it again and bring it here).
    The Shreddies are the 500g packs vs T. On T's price they're 20.8p/100g (according to MSM, so 10% lower). The 750g pack of Shreddies vs S however works out slightly cheaper per 100g: the Sains. price is 20.5p/100g (and 10% off that). Shredded Wheat 30s, though, are on offer at S (as opposed to the 16 vs T) - work out at 10% lower than S's 22.1p/100g. The price of the 16 at T is 26.9p/100g so it would be 10% off that.

    The comparison A vs S, on the two larger packs of each cereal, would work out better by weight, for anyone needing any cereal. The K variety packs are not on 'offer' at Sains.
  • Afternoon everyone. I hope the New Year has started well for you all. Feeling a little better since my xmas doldrums but had sooooo much to do! I promise to try and post more often in 2013. :)

    Dropped lucky on whoopsies last night so thought I'd share a little stash pic with you guys. Cost was just under £20
