I understand your method - but why on earth should we be forced to have an ignore list just to exclude a few people who are clearly a slice or two short of a full loaf insofar as their sole aim seems to be to upset folks and generally cause trouble. I can't for the life of me understand why some people haven't been removed from the forum when they seem to be breaking various rules and regs.ELITE 5:2

I admit I hadn't fully thought through what I was going to do with all the MTs and other chocolates and biscuits, there just seems to be a thrill in getting them. But Mrs Anon's list seems to be increasing by the hour who she can now give them to as presents ... at this rate I will have to go out and buy even more this week ...

The new tesco magazine has a 50p off chocablok too.
I'm always a bit wary of using two together, especially when they don't scan..but great if you can get away with it. I'm "out of town" for a couple of days next week so may feel braver to try it when it's not my local...thanks for the heads upIf it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly!0 -

Ive now given up looking for the MT, none to be seen on 3 trips to different stores.
A tin of Vinnie's biscuit would have worked.
Edit: the square tin not the barrel tin.0 -

Can you post your results please. Then that will tell us where you went wrong. Or does it say you do not have enough items?0 -
Haven't really been here much over the weekend, and no shopping either.
Does anyone else think the vinnie's are very bad value for money? I had to open a tin(quality control you know!!) and there are only about 40 odd biscuits in there!! Not even worth the £3.33 they should cost on the 3 for £10 deal, let alone the 'real'price.
Of course, we don't pay that much, but for non-elite peeps, it's too much!!!
Maybe I'll have to check out the value of the fingers next!!0 -
So is Annie Stevenson among us ...

I am sure that others on here could provide similar examples, though I am not always sure that it is wise to promote this as that is likely to get it closed down quicker (I appreciate it isn't a secret on the Internet and of course I am taking advantage as I happen to go on here, HDUK etc ).
Is it me or is the final piece of advice under Annie's Guide to Glitches, not to expoit it as it could then get closed down for other customers, at odds with the article title which was based on buying two year's worth of nappies due to a Tesco glitch :think:

I expected better tips and examples from 'britains smartest shopper'
I too wont need to buy nappies again
The £12 nappy glitch was good but i preferred the huggies giveaway and the jubilee RTC pampers.Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0
