Morrisons Oats So Simple - £1

I'll have to say that they are a rip off, the oat itself is the same as if you took a couple of spoonfuls out of a much cheaper box. Flavoured types can have a lot of sugar and the flavour itself adds no nutritional value it's just 'natural flavouring'.

(not having a go at OP, it's a good offer , but posting for people who may think O S S is good for you, breakfast cereals in general are often junk/sweet food marketed as healthy - a pet hate of mine)
