    I have to admit I have bought them before, I had my toe nails removed as they were ingrown, so when i am wearing sandals i like to use them :embarasse

    I recently contacted Boots Evaluation Suite as I had had no showing trials for a long while.
    While I appreciate that trials are slow at the moment (and have been for months) I should at least see the odd one.

    Their reply was:
    We are being more selective with the audiences for different products and we are also quiet at the moment, but I have looked into your account and this does appear to be a little strange. I will look into this and will get back to you.

    And then a follow up reply a week later was:
    Just to let you know that you highlighted a small glitch in our system which was impacting on some of our volunteers. This is now resolved and all trials for which you are suitable will now appear on your account. It will be a couple of weeks before things start to get busy again but we appreciate your feedback so that we have been able to iron out this glitch before it became an issue.

    So for any of you that have seen no trials for a while hopefully you are now seeing the odd one, if not worth dropping the Evaluation Suite a line.

    I must admit i did not go for them. Talking about false finger nails years ago went to a posh business meal had my false nails on eating soup and noticed one finger nail missing yes it was floating in the soup how embarrassing, never used them since.:D

    I'm new at this, i've registered for the serum and the hand cream and I know that doesn't mean I will be picked but how will I know? Do they just turn up in the post to test if you are selected or do I need to be checking my profile or email? Thanks.

    I've been with them for a couple of months now - registered for a couple of tests but not heard anything from them - not even something to say I havent been picked.. Poor comms on their behalf I think.

    They don't tell you if you're one of the chosen 65.

    The only way you know, is if the product arrives!

    They do not tell you if you are or are not chosen, the only way you know if you are is when the test item drops through the door.

    Not poor communication, they do not tell you if you are or are not chosen, the only way you know if you are is when the test item drops through the door.
    With many members they don't have the time to tells us all you are selected or sorry not this time.
    In fact many (if any) surveys sites do not tell you you will receive a product, some say you could receive but it is not a definite until you get the product.
