I am trying to complain to the authorites about northern debt recovery due to them sending threatning text messeages and threatning me with ballifs when no court order allowing them to do so is in place.
Im totaly confused about who I complain to and how - i really struggle with forms and downloads from websites and looking on oft has just left me totaly unsure how to complain.
Can anyone tell me how to complain about these idiots please

To the OFT.
See: http://www.oft.gov.uk/about-the-oft/legal-powers/legal/cca/debt-collection
The complaint form on there is meant to be for debt advisors to use to complain, so you don't have to use it. But it and the other links may help you see what the OFT need to see.

Well send a letter recorded to stop the calls and texts, something like below. Can I ask why are they chasing you ?
Dear Sirs,
Account No: XXXXXXXX
I am writing in relation to the quantity and frequency of telephone calls that I have received from your company, which I deem to be personally harassing. I have verbally requested that these stop, but I am still receiving calls and I now require all further correspondence from your company to be made in writing only. I am of the view that your continued harassment of me by telephone puts you in breach of Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
If you continue to harass me by telephone, you will also be in breach of the Communications Act (2003) s.127 and I will report you to OFCOM, Trading Standards and The Office of Fair Trading, meaning that you will be liable to a substantial fine. Be advised that any further telephone calls from your company may be recorded and used in evidence and I expect this harassment to cease immediately.
Yours faithfully
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Yes, keep all letters and texts, log all phone calls and if possible record them.
The Harassment Act 1997 is the best bet, Section 3 gives you the right to claim damages and they will generally cave in because of the effect a judgment against them might have on their licence.
Been there and done it.0
