    95% mortgages may well return.

But as prices continue to drop, it will 95% of a smaller amount as lenders' surveyors are consistently valuing houses well below their asking prices.

    So, good news really.

By the way, how's Ting Tong doing Sibley? Is she still working nights?

I don't know what you get out of such pointless posts but I think we would all appreciate it if you would desist.

Sibley you've just shown yourself yet again to be a compete and utter mong. Well done

The economy is turning around fast - you won't percieve this as your mind filters out upswing evidence and only files downside evidence.

I can't be @ssed to go into the evidence this time as it will fall on deaf ears.

All I'll say is, remember these words - by summer this year the new prosperity era will be underway and plenty of green shoot (ah yes those shoots) will be visible by then.

Of course you will dismiss this nonsense, afterall your'e a realist right:beer:, neg heads are always realists:rotfl:

Let me explain why these two posted this.

Things have not gone their way. They were in denial for a long time but finally the penny has dropped.

No house price crash and prices are going to rise.

    They are now priced out.

Instead of putting their hands up and admitting they were wrong they have gone down the name calling route.

At the end of the day everyone os laughing not only at them but their stupid mentors. :rotfl:

We want things to return to pre credit crunch.

Thing is, so does the government and banks. We will get our new 4x4's. If you are priced out that's your problem for listening to idiots.
