Entry may also be made by post by sending a postcard with your name, address and a contact telephone number to the following address to be received no later than Saturday 10/12/2011: "Win one of Everything" Competition, IWantOneOfThose.com, Meridian House, Gadbrook Park, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 7RA. It is your responsibility to ensure that correct and sufficient postage is paid. Any entry by post without the correct and sufficient postage will be invalid and will not be considered. Postal entries received after the closing date will not be considered. One postcard will be considered as one entry. No entries delivered in person by the entrant will be accepted by the Promoter.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any incorrectly addressed or undelivered entries, or for any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries, or for any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.
Only entries that are made and received by the Promoter between 9.00am Sunday 16/10/2011 and 11:59pm Saturday 10/12/2011 will be eligible for entry. Texts received outside these dates and times may be charged but will not be eligible for the prize draw.
Multiple entries may be made.
The winner of the prize draw will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on Sunday 11/12/2011 under the supervision of an independent observer and will be notified via telephone within 5 days of this date. If the winning entry was made by text, the telephone number that the winner used to make the text will be used. If the winning entry was made by post, the telephone number included on the winner's postcard will be used.
If we are unable to contact the winner by telephone by 1.00pm on Thursday 15/12/2011 or the winner fails to respond to the Promoter in full by such time, a new winner will be randomly drawn (under the supervision of an independent observer) and notified within 2 days of this date.
The winner's name will be published on the website www.IWantOneOfThose.com.
"One of EVERYTHING on our website" means one of each of the following products that was available for sale on the website www.IWantOneOfThose.com at 9:00 am on Sunday 16/11/2011 and which is detailed in this list. This list shall be conclusive. Any items not included in this list will not be included in the prize. If any product was available on the website in more than one colour or variant, you will only receive the colour or variant stated in the list.
Whilst we will do our best to ensure that prizes will be delivered before Christmas, we are unable to guarantee this. Prizes will only be delivered to an address in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). Delivery times will be specified by the Promoter and delivery will be free of charge. Delivery will be to the front door of the delivery address which in the case of a flat for example will be the front door of the block of flats rather than the front door of your own flat. You will be responsible for the prizes from this point.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate access to allow delivery by an articulated lorry which must be immediately outside the delivery address. The delivery driver has discretion to determine whether suitable delivery arrangements have been made. In the event that he is not satisfied, the prizes will be returned to our Warrington warehouse where we will store them free of charge for 1 week only. During this time, you will be expected to make suitable arrangements for delivery (at your cost). If we are not entirely satisfied with these arrangements, we will be entitled to randomly draw another winner (under the supervision of an independent observer) who will be notified within 2 days of this date.
