    I can't help with Sudoku, i'm useless at those! :o

    when you press reply (as you did to the post)

    you'll see a title box

    you just need to type in the date & the comp in the title box
    ie: i've used the xx/xx for the date as can't remember what the Ending date is for them eg: if it's 10/08

    E: XX/XX Take a Break Mini Sudoku Collection Issue 2

    then in the box below the title
    you just put the answer, the prize & then the entry details
    :)
