1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK, CI and IOM aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Weetabix, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To take part, text 'MINIS' to 80878. Participants will then be entered into the draw. Closing date 20th June 2011.
3. Texts will be charged at your normal standard rates, typically 10p – 12p, but may not be included in all text-inclusive packages.
4. Only one entry per person per mobile number per day is allowed. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void
5. There will be 4 individual draws, with one draw closing at midnight on each of 30.05.11,06.06.11, 13.06.11 and 20.06.11. Entries will be included only in the next draw immediately after they are received, and not carried forward into any further draws, apart from 20.06.11 where all entries received on that day, will be entered the same day.
6. All winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by text message or telephone within 28 days of each closing date.
7. The prize available to be won in each draw is as follows:
   • 3 x night's accommodation [Friday – Monday] for a family of 4 in a woodland cabin at the winner's choice of 7 locations [Argyll, Scotland/ Strathyre, Scotland/ Cropton, Yorkshire/ Keldy, Yorkshire/ Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire/ Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire/ Liskeard, Cornwall]
   • Bike hire for the duration of the break.
   • Guided ranger activity day for all the family.
   • £200 spending money which the winner can choose to spend on a range of activities that can be arranged locally.
   • All prizes need to be taken before the end of 2011.
   • Whilst every attempt will be made to accommodate all requests participants must bear in mind that the prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. The Promoter cannot guarantee your preferred date or location. Winners should book early to avoid disappointment.
   • The prize is not valid for stays over Christmas, New Year or Bank Holidays.
   • The prize is valid for 4 people, at least one adult must be present to accept responsibility for any minors.
   • Self-catering accommodation is not officially graded in the same way as hotels, so it is difficult to rate the cabin.
   • Prize winners must make their own travel arrangements to/from their chosen location, please note no food is included within the prize.
   • Travel insurance is recommended but this is theresponsibility of the winner and is not included in the prize.
   • All other costs are the responsibility of the winner.
8. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. Only one prize can be won by any one person.
9. No cash or alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winner in person.
10. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed for whatsoever reason.
11. The Promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. It is a condition of entry that winners agree to take part in any publicity that may arise as a result of this Promotion.
