depends what it is, like bogofs tend to not give you any back (for example the cheese is £3.98 in te$co bogof but £2 in a$da do if you buy 2 it would be £3.98 in te$co and £4 in a$da do no dtd)

Yes but make sure they aren't on a multibuy such as 2 for £2 or buy one get one free which might make them cheaper or the same price.
