Re the velvet comp - i think the win is awarded when it gives you the captcha code as once you've shook the tree and it says you've won the only thing you then do is hit the claim button which gives you the form to fill out but this form is a standard form and not linked to your win in any way so i'm guessing all the times people have played and it says you've won £1 etc these will be sitting in a pot somewhere and once they realise people are not claiming them then they may reissue them (am i right in thinking you have 28 days to claim so perhaps in a few weeks time there will be a surge of prizes to be won?). I'm just gonna enter once per day now - could use sisters, mums address etc but if they've already tweaked the comp once if they cotton onto the fact people are then doing this they may restrict it even further. I can't see as they can stop any wins that have already been won - after all if they'd have put the restrictions in place from the start we wouldn't have been able to play till we got a big win.
I'm happy with what i've won (4 x £100 and 1 x £5) and it was good whilst it lasted.

Gill - glad you had a fab day at crufts - gutted i missed it as love all the freebies and treats i bring home for the dogs - the lady that teaches my dog hydrotherapy was showing her Aussies yesterday and they got a few places so very pleased for them.

Agree with you dawnie...I'm checking my email addresses regularly though to see if they send...'sorry you won't get your cheques ' emails....just worked out I'm waiting for £175 worth ( incl 1 more x £100)...still got a few to post...
  • Pity about the Velvet fix, but I think it has saved me from myself - I have got too much bog roll stocked up! I know it's easy for me to be complacent with my £100 win, but I worked out that we at least have 111 more times to enter before the end of June. Do we really have 28 days to claim our prizes? I must go back and check the T&C.

At least last night I found time to send off a complaint to huggies (big blob of glue or something in the waist band) and also let Morrie's know why their wine simply wasn't the best so I can get my money back!
