1. Competition is only open to UK residents aged 12 years or over only, excluding employees of vending or foodservice operators, Mars UK, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

2. No purchase necessary. To enter, text the last 3 digits of your barcode plus ‘TICKETS’ to 60777. Text messages are charged at your standard network rate. Please check with the bill payer before sending the text message.

3. Closing date for receipt of entries is 11pm on 18.03.11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

4. Prize pool: There are 2 x £50 Ticket Master gift vouchers to be won every day for 28 days, therefore 56 x £50 Ticket Master vouchers to be won in total. These can then be redeemed for comedy tickets.

5. A prize draw will take place at the end of the promotional period. The prize draw will be independently supervised.

6. The prize winners will be the first two names selected at random out of all the correct entries received each day over a period of 28 working days, 2 pairs to be won each working day throughout the promotional period.

7. Winners will be notified by phone or text within 14 days of the prize draw, and must confirm their name and address, within 14
days of being notified. Winners will then receive their prize within a further 28 days.

8. Only one entry per person per day. Bulk entries received from third parties will not be accepted.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached
any of these terms and conditions.

10. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the competition, the Promoter in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.

11. Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there are no alternatives.

12. The prize winners will be the owners of the mobile phone from
which the winning text entry was sent.

13. Results of the draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate this promotion, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15. In the event that the prize remains unclaimed for 28 days or more, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer no substitute.

16. The winners’ details (names and counties only) will be available for six weeks only by sending a SAE to Maltesers Tickets Promotion, 3 Evolution, Wynyard Business Park, Wynyard, County Durham TS22 5TB after 29.04.11.

17. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and to be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

18. By accepting the Prize, consent is automatically given to participate in reasonable unpaid publicity for and on behalf of the Promoter if so requested.

19. The Promoter will collect data for the purposes of administering this promotion only and will not retain it once winners have received their prizes.
