my guess is that if you want to enter, you have to get a sticker from the magazine, and put it on a postcard??
That's correct. Before, it was a postcard entry only route so everyone was entering (even adults pretending to be kids). Now, you must have the magazine to enter as there are stickers inside which you stick on to your postcard :TSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES
