    I jut used 043 for free delivery on orders of £20.00 or more.

    Hello. I used 012 for free delivery when you spend £20 or more.

    Please be aware with this company, they sent the order and charged me around £5 for delivery.

    I emailed them telling them they did not apply the offer code. They wrote back saying, I had to post them proof that they had written to me with the offer code.

    I wrote back saying they were a bit like Woolworth. - everything they sell can be bought elsewhere for less and they probably would not be missed if they were not around!

    They never replied to that.

    Same here !! I was sent a code and used it - didn't come off at checkout (think website says discounts will be applied later or something) anyway bill came in - was charged carriage - sent e-mail stating discount hadn't been deducted - got cheeky e-mail back stating although I hadn't adhered to the t&c's (which I had!!!) they would honour it this time and this time only !!!!! They lost a customer as didn't bother ordering from them this year at all !!
