Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over from 1st October 2010, excluding employees of Carlsberg UK Ltd and BSkyB Ltd, their associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Main Competition
2. Text lines are open for entry into the main competition from 1st October 2010 to midnight on 7th January 2011. No entries into the main competition will be accepted after this time.
3. Prizes: There are 14 main prizes to be won in total. One prize will be won every week for the duration of the promotion. Each main prize consists of a 47 inch LG 3D TV, a Sky+HD box, a year’s subscription to Sky World and Sky+HD, and four pairs of 3D glasses. Everyone who buys a promotional pack will also be eligible to send off for a free pair of Carlsberg pint glasses – see below for further details.
4. To enter, consumers must text the word ‘3D’ followed by their name and address to 82199. All entries must be no longer than 160 characters. Upon texting in, entrants will receive an automated response message within 48 hours confirming that their entry has been received. Each text message sent to 82199 will be charged at the standard network rate plus 25p for a confirmation of receipt message. If entrants do not receive a text message or email within 48 hours of entering, the entry may not have been received due to network delays. Feel free to enter again. Entrants will be charged for each entry. Maximum of one entry per person per day.

6. Each winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date for each draw. The first draw for the main competition will occur on or around 11th October 2010 and the winner will be notified via the details provided on entry by no later than 25th October 2010. The subsequent draws will take place every Friday thereafter, and the winner notified within 14 working days of the date of the draw, until the promotion has ended.
7. Each prize winner will receive their prize within 56 days of them being notified that they have won.
8. If you are a winner, you will be required to enter into three subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract for the minimum term of 12 months). After your 12 months’ free viewing, standard subscription charges will apply. Unless you change your package you will pay the prevailing price for Sky (currently £51 per month). Other Sky TV packages available (currently ranging from £19 - £51 per month). Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky TV (otherwise currently £10 per month) and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. Sky+HD requires Sky TV, a Sky+HD box and the HD Pack (currently an extra £10 per month). If you have the standard definition Sky Sports or Sky Movies channel in your package you will receive the high definition version of that channel if available in the HDPack. The channels you receive with your HD Pack will depend on your Sky TV package. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. You will need Sky+HD professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Extra costs apply for non-standard installation. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line for the minimum term of 12 months. If you need a minidish you are responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord’s) before installation. Sky Box Office Movies, Stand-alone Premium Channels and pay-per-view services and events are not included in the prize and must be paid for separately. Prices, programmes/channels subject to change. Existing Sky digital customers will receive a free Sky World subscription, Sky+ subscription and Sky+HD subscription for 12 months. Multiroom is not included in the prize. Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s prize. Winners must redeem their prize within one year, failure to process your installation application within this time period could result in loss of prize. Sky will not be responsible for delay caused by third parties. Sky may refuse entry or withdraw the prize if you or anyone you authorise to deal with your entry acts in a way towards staff of Sky or the Promoter which Sky reasonably considers to be inappropriate.
