    I cant submit either (using IE8) tried logging out and back in, but still no submit button!

    Rather than bump, thought i would say its now submitting for me.

    strange, it's submitted for me in IE8, have just done a couple of the new ones & they've submitted as well.

    ETA... just a thought, will be putting the rest of the answers on for this mag in a bit
