    The Bankruptcy supersedes the CCJ and the debt goes into the bankruptcy.

    There are the very few odd exception for debts that can't be included in the bankruptcy (like a CCJ on student loan arrears), but virtually all others go into the BR.

    Hi stevelinz

    BR will take your CCJ into account as a debt and be included in your list of creditors.
    Which means that if you are deemed to be able to pay something towards your debts through a income payment arrangement, they will receive some money towards the debt.
    If you have no surplus available you will not be asked to pay anything.
