It was the only subject at school that caught my imagination; my English teacher used to ask me to write poetry for her. She'd give me a scenario, make a few suggestions and wait for the result. She rewarded me in some of the most amazing ways.:o

DK78,
Apologies, I thought we were in the "Inn;" it's been a long day.
You have nothing to worry about if you've only been living with your g/f for six months; if house prices have fallen you probably owe her money as a negative B.I.:D

Sorry DK for hijacking your thread. You should come join us in the Inn some day.
As I said previously and as Richard has reiterated, you don't have anything to worry about.
Good luck

Chaps, spoke to The Insolvency Service as advised and they said there is harly any chance of Beneficial Interest being declared in my GF's property due to the timescale and negligible amount of money I've paid. If we'd BOTH lived at the property for the same amount of time it could apparently be a different issue. If anyone reading this has any doubts if they are in a similar situation I would strongly recommend ringing the insolvency service on 0845 6029848 for some advice as every situation is different. Tiger Feet, my sign off means "The cheque's in the post" although I'm not sure it's strictly accurate in both senses! From my exemplary understanding of Latin I would take Fermi's to be "I have a catapult. Give me all of your money, or I will fling an enormous rock at your head."

You cheeky !!!!!!s, I've only just realised there was a second page on here which has turned into the Terry Pratchett thread! :eek:What about me? :rotfl:Only joking, I didn't realise he had Alzhiemers, I'm extremely sorry to hear that. I will try to join you at the "Bankrupt Inn", hope it's more fun than the name suggests! Thanks for all the the other advice that I didn't realise had been posted on here too, it sounds the beneficial interst thing shouldn't be an issue:T.
Take it easy everyone
