  • I applied for an Alliance and Leicester ISA through Pigsback, but they are refusing to pay up the 5,000 piggypoints due to me saying it didn't show up on their reports from a third party affiliate (whatever that means?) so it's just tough. They haven't accepted my confirmation email from Alliance and Leicester as proof!

I feel really cheated. There is no way I could have provided any further evidence to them to show I went through pigsback. Their site is poo in that you have no on screen confirmation of tracking on transactions.

I am gutted. Going to have a glass of wine to drown my sorrows. Sniff..

    Thats pooh that is!!!!!!
2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead :D

What comes to mind is screen shots and deleting cookies.

If I was making a large purchace I would take a screen shot of every page, I do that every time I make any online purchace.

But what's the point in taking screen shots? Unless it's to prove how many points were advertised. They're not disputing that you made a purchase, only that you didn't do it through their site. While you can take a shot of the offer page it's not proof is it?

I don't really understand why this helps....

I agree. If you go to the Alliance & Leicester link and click, you just get directed straight to the A&L website, no confirmation screen on pigsback at all. I did clear all my cookies and history before I applied as well. Guess pb/ A&L are either trying to wiggle out of it else I am just born unlucky!

    Glugs vino...

  • Hello.. I have a lot of Pigsback points saved up, but I can't validate my account, since I live in Denmark - will someone please help me validate my account? That would really save my day..
