Other companies either hid the link, forgot to mention it, ignored the issue altogether, didn't think it worth a burden on their profits, told you to change your cistern or offered cheap skate alternatives like holding your head underwater. Or not even online. :rotfl:
Seriously though, most if not all water companies should have water savers free to customers, just contact your supplier as mentioned by barbie babe (if not already listed above).

These are not always suitable for cisterns, it depends on the type. Some of the newest ones use less water so using one of these may not let your toilet flush properly. If that happens its easy to take them out0
