Oh ok.

IF you go to https://www.anglianwater.co.uk and click on environment header on the left. Then click on water resources in the new menu. On the new page, scroll down and you can see Freddy from there. Then you click to apply for him.

You can also fill a half-litre bottle with water, put the lid back on and sink it in the cistern. You can add another, and another, until your loo stops flushing properly.

this saves even more of the environment because you were only going to throw those empty bottles away unless you can recycle them in your area (and we can't).

Should you do this at work, it's as well to make sure your colleagues know what you've done. For some reason someone took the lid off one of our cisterns, saw the bottle and wondered if someone was stashing illicit substances in the cistern!
