I cant remember where i got the recipe from, but i like it because they are really easy to make.

    100g dark chocolate
    100g butter
    55g caster sugar
    2 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    30g plain flour
    tsp vanilla extract.

Mix all ingredients together, put into 4 ramikin dishes. Cook for 12 minutes 200C.
If you serve them imediately, they will be runny in the middle, if you leave them 10 minutes, they will be fudgy in the middle!!!!
    Lovely served with clotted cream!

    Yummy yummy yummy
These sound lovely ...... i'm going try these:T

    Thanks

    Mine is lasagne/or spaghetti bolognese.

I make the sauces and everything from scratch (so much healthier and so much cheaper)

Roasted mushrooms on wild rocket, followed by a roast (probably lamb, my favourite) followed by a raspberry meringue roulade.

Ham and asparagus pasta - just a shame asparagus makes your wee pong! When first met DH he thought that I used some rancid toilet cleaner, such was the frequency I dished this up :rotfl:
  • Yes, asparagus wee - always embarassing when you go to the pub after having asparagus for dinner and need to go for a P. :)

Anyway, not much I can make without at least a quick glance at quantities in a recipe book 'just to check' but the thing I have made the most (So could make without looking at the recipe) is the Thai-style pork meatballs from Nigel Slaters Appetite book - just minced pork, pancetta, lemongrass, garlic, chillies, coriander shaped into balls and pan fried and then served in hot chicken stock with chillis and lime leaves added to the stock and loads of fresh coriander on top. Maybe not 'authentic' Thai but it's easy and very, very yummy.

Could make soups without a recipe, that's fairly easy and risottos too.

Ben & Jerrys Cherry Garcia frozen yog for pud :) (lazy option) would have to check a cookbook to make a homemade pud, unless it was something basic like a mango fool, or 'worlds easiest chocolate mousse' - whip double cream, melt chocolate, cool slightly, stir chocolate into cream - put in fridge: voila!
