!!!!!!, it ended up printing and I couldn't find how to request by mail. Never mind I'll try it on Tesco self-scan.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0

I managed to request it by post. This is how I did it.
The printer was off
Filled in my details, pressed Print
Pressed Install
When the installation window pops up, press NO
And it should have a troubleshooting page with a 'Request by post' button

Annoyingly, these people start emailing you straight away (oh, the things we do for free coupons)
Also, hopefully these will scan okay - I remember problems with the Oust coupons that were on some Oust products, and they were in Euros! :rolleyes:0 -

just clicked on Print Doctor, underneath the refer to your friends bits.
