Why is it that people try to retract or refute what they have said before.
Even DaddyBear in the last link mentioned you were from West Bromwich.

Either way it doesn't matter, it's only important to understand when someone is talking crap or not.

If you say house prices are going down round your way then you wouldn't have concerns in saying which council it was.

Nobody would derive from a council area who you actually are or which street you live in.

Facts are you've previously said you were from West Midlands and the LR figures show that house prices are not continuing to crash as you would like them to.

Good luck with your future, but lying on an internet forum is not really going to help you.

lol, I have absolutely no interest in where you are or where you stay.

I simply questioned your 'round my way' posts and proved facts to the contrary.
If it had turned out to be true then I would have sympathised with you if you were a homeowner or wondered if it was an oppertunity as a potential homeowner.
