Warrington are £9.97, no prices, no SEL, however they are still discounting the £9.97.

Discount worked for me picked up 2 twisters and 2 operations for my mum to give as xmas presents. This has been a real bonus towards xmas and parties that my daughter is invited to. Many thanks to OP and of course Tescos.

The online route isn't so bad either, especially if you can collect form a store near you (limited list) in order to save the postage:

If you pay when you collect in store would the extra discount kick in.

Hardly any stores to collect from at the moment - nowhere remotely near me and this promotion ends on 23rd October according to an email I got from Tesco direct.

I thought I'd already paid - after all, I completed the card details etc on line?

Is this no the case - not sure if anyone has done this already - ie bought on line but collected in store?

It's simply because they are doing reductions so that they can stock christmas stuff which is going on the shelves at the end of the week. The prices have been changed at the till but not on the shelves yet. By the end of the week they will be.

As i mentioned on another thread a product update was sent out to stores today with details of how to retify the 'mistake' on this promotion - I would assume that its been rectified in all stores now but there may still be a few out there that have not actioned it at store level yet.

Tesco will be rectifying the offer centrally so that it comes into affect in all stores on Friday
