London & Country

Options
Hi
Has anyone had problems with London & Country dragging their heels? I applied for a remortgage through them some eight weeks or more ago, and having been declined by their first recommendation in the first week, they have still not managed to get me a mortgage offer. Our credit history isn't perfect, but nor do I imagine is it the worst. Anyone else had a bad experience with them? I specifically used them because of Martin's recommendation, I now wish I'd never heard of them. Any advice or comments welcome,
Thanks

What are your credit problems like?

    Which lender did they recommend?

Even some high street lenders will give you a mortgage, however their criteria are strict. The absolute worst case is repossession, however if you've just got a CCJ (County Court Judgement) or limited arrears, you may be lucky. If you’ve a big deposit, it’ll help.
