Snapfish should sort it out for you. I had a code, not from Pigsback but from Snapfish,and I couldn't see anywhere to enter it on the site, so I emailed Snapfish and they were lovely and sorted it out immediately for me. Their customer service was excellent, so I would email Snapfish, not Pigsback and hopefully it will be sorted.
