just a quickie to let you all know what happened to me last year, i took up an offer from vista print to get some freebies only having to pay the p&p, months later i was checking my bank statements online and found payments of £9.99 going out each month to a company i never heard of so i contacted my bank who put me through to the fraud department who told me who this company was i managed to get their phone number and rang them and it turned out to be part of vista print. So basically this freebie turned out not to be so free but luckily i managed to get my money back which totalled nearly £40.

This comes up time and time again unfortunately - there are always a lot of folk slamming Vistaprint and an equal amount (including me) defending it.
Basically, when you sign up, you are offered the option to join the VP Rewards club at £9.99 a month. If you don't fully read all details on the page then you will be automatically signed up. If you simply uncheck a couple of boxes, you won't be. Simples.
Vistaprint have saved me a fortune over the years on personalised gifts etc - not to mention a massive amount on weddding stationery for both me and my sister!
Their customer service has always been absolutely superb and the quality of the items is fantastic.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience hun but you can't really blame Vistaprint - there are plenty of us out there who didn't sign up to the rewards scheme and have had no problems whatsoever.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -
Its a shame you had this problem, but I agree with purplebutterfly. I've never had any problems with Vista print. Used them for both business and personal items, great quality, always received earlier than expected and very decent prices. Always best to make sure you read T&Cs when you sign up for these things..•
