I had the problem with the last lot of comps where I was getting no confirmation in Firefox. I switched to using IE and I did get the confirmation. So, I don't think the Firefox entries are even being registered.

Also I downloaded this add on for firefox so that I don't need to open up IE when this kind of problem arises.
