Every weekday at 7am, Heart Breakfast's Tom, Lynsey and Jack will play you a clip of a celebrity. All you have to do is call in and tell us 'Who's on Heart?'

Listeners will be chosen at random to give their answer live on air. If they're correct, they'll win a fantastic holiday courtesy of Neilson Active Holidays.

However, if they guess incorrectly, the amazing holiday will roll over to the next day.

All the wrong guesses will updated on this page throughout the competition.

1. This Text 2 Win prize draw is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their families of Walkers Snack Foods Ltd (the Promoter), its affiliated companies, Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.

2. By taking part in this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. To enter simply text snackajacks and your name to 81025 from your mobile phone. Text entries will be charged at 25p plus standard network text rates. The SMS entry mechanic is only open if you have an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the promotional SMS number. It is recommended that you check with your individual service provider in this regard. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted. To be valid the mobile number from which each SMS is sent must not be withheld and the mobile number must be owned by the entrant. Alternatively consumers can enter via post by sending a postcard with their name, address and phone number on it to Morrison’s SAJ promotion, Corporate Innovations, The Hub, Twyford Mill, Oxford Road, Adderbury Oxon OX17 3SX .

4. The opening date for receipt of entries is 31st August 2009 and the closing date for receipt of entries is on 27th September 2009.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or any telecommunication or technical fault. Proof of texting is not proof of receipt.

6. Only 1 entry per person per day. No bulk, third party or consumer group applications will be accepted.

7. There will be 1 prize draw held on 12th October 2009 to determine 28 winners, one for each day of the 4 week promotion, each winner selected from all valid entries made on that day. All winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision. The first 28 names selected will each win one prize.

8. The winners will be notified via telephone by no later than 16th October 2009. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners, however if any of the prizes are not claimed by 30th October 2009, an alternative winner will be chosen.
