To enter, purchase any pack of Trident (Trident variants are: Trident Soft Peppermint, Trident Soft Spearmint, Trident Soft Tropical Twist, Trident Soft Strawberry Smoothie, Trident Splash Strawberry-Lime, Trident Splash Apple-Apricot, Trident Splash Raspberry-Peach, Trident Splash Vanilla-Mint, Trident Fresh Coool Lemon, Trident Fresh Oooh Peppermint, Trident Fresh Aahh Spearmint, Trident Sweet Kicks) ("Products"), visit the promotional website address www.tridentunwrapped.co.uk, and enter the last 4 digits of the barcode on pack and all necessary details requested. Entry will then be logged to the Weekly Draw within which the entry is received by the Promoter. Each single pack (including single packs in multipacks) will allow one entry.       5. 18.05.09 to 24.05.09
      6. 25.05.09 to 31.05.09
        (each being a "Weekly Draw" together "Weekly Draws")
    7. Each weekly draw will close on Sunday at 11.59pm with the next draw opening at 12.00 am (midnight). The Final draw will be closed for entries at 11.59pm on Sunday 31.05.09. A random draw under independent supervision will take place within 72 hours of each weekly closing date.
    8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
    9. All entrants entering via the internet will receive a confirmation on screen message notifying them that their entry has been received.
    10. The winners will be notified by email within 72 hours of the closing date of their weekly draw. The prize must be claimed within 21 working days of initial email notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed within such 21 working days an alternative winner will be chosen and the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
      1. To be eligible to claim, the Promoter reserves the right upon request to require that any and all winners provide the original Product packs for ALL entries submitted during each Weekly Draw periods. For example, if, during the entire Promotion Period, an entrant submits 10 entries and any one of these entries wins a prize, if the Promoter so requests, in order to claim the prize the entrant must provide Product packs for all entries.
    11. Failure to provide Product packs for each entry to the Promoter upon request may result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter's discretion, in all of the entrant's entries being invalid).
    12. The prize to be won in each Weekly Draw is 1 of 500 pairs of tickets to the exclusive Trident Unwrapped Beyonce concert at the 02 arena London on the 15.11.09 ("Concert"). All other associated costs and arrangements are to be borne by the prize winners, including but not limited to any costs relating to travel, accommodation or food and for the avoidance of doubt the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any such costs incurred for whatever reason including but not limited to the Concert being cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter shall not be obliged to rearrange an alternative event should the Concert be cancelled for any reason and accepts no liability for not doing so.
    13. Any prize winners or guests under 16 years old and over as at 15.11.09 must be accompanied by an Adult in order to attend the concert. (For the avoidance of doubt this means that any prize winner under 16 must have someone 18 or over as their guest at the Concert and a guest who is under 16 must be the guest of a winner over 18).
    14. The ticket are non-transferable, non refundable and can not be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    15. Tickets to be allocated to the prize winners will be drawn randomly. Each ticket has a designated seat allocated to it. These seats can not be transferred within the venue.
    16. The winning entrant will be taken to be the person whose name appears in the internet entry. Prize winners' names will be allocated to each pair of ticket. Photographic identification will be required in order to gain entry to the O2 arena. The promoter reserved the right to request proof of age of all winners and guests at their discretion.
    17. If any winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and the Promoter may at its sole discretion draw a further valid entry as a replacement. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    18. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
    19. The tickets will be available to claim by Fast-ticket by no later than 1.11.09. Tickets will be available to claim until 15.11.09 at 18.00pm. Any tickets not claimed by this time will be re-allocated.
    20. Prize Winners agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions notified to them by the management of the O2 arena and the management reserve the right at their sole discretion to refuse entry and remove prize winners from the venue.
    21. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion , the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion , or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
    22. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. By entering the Promotion entrants agree that certain of their personal information provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and subject to the terms of this clause 23 will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
    23. Not including death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
    24. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value which includes an event at a different date or location. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of any change to the prize.
    25. Winners and their guests may be required to take part in related publicity. Film cameras may be present at the Venue. By entering the competition all participants and guests consent to filming and sounds recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment and by entering into the Promotion and in consideration for being award the prize the winners and their guests waive all rights associated with their image.
    26. The name and county of the winners will be available between 5.6.09 and 5.7.09 on www.tridentunwrapped.co.uk.
