Did you hear about that Egyptian who fell in to the big river? Now he really was in denial.

Two working days for a good swing up in the market.
FWIW I didn't read the rest of the thread, as the month was wrong I thought the content was probably irrelevant:D
The content is always irrelevant, no one changes their opinion on here or learns anything. To be fair we're all guessing - no one knows for sure. But I'm bored with the jokes, banter and games, so back to where I started with some bear stuff.
I may start over with a new ID so the stupid thanks thing doesn't keep getting in the way of saying what I really think.0 -
btw. The answer is there is no Spring Bounce. Not a sniff. I remain open to anyone supplying a Rightmove link for disproving this of course, but the silence speaks volumes.0

Spring has only just started, got a couple more months yet and things have already started to pick up.
Rightmove links to areas that are recovering, rising, etc.
Anecdotal is like listening to some pub bore, you know it's crap but it's difficult to get away.0 -

it's only Mewbs being a bit desperate now - he's started loads of threads on these topics with no substance just trying and get the partisan ghetto back. times are changing - banks aren't crashing anymore.
come on Mewbs join the dark side, you know that you want to0 -
LINK. LINK. LINK. I am happy to see good news, and apologise if I am mistaken. I might climb on the bandwagon myself if you can show me some signs.

there are quite a few - check the Land Registry report from February.
low volumes of course - but those low volumes are the same for drops in prices too.
many more price drops but the doomers seem to miss these...
Merthyr Tydfil 6% increase.
Newcastle 1.8% increase
Islington 1.2% increase

There has been a few threads over recent weeks with evidence that's prices are starting to bottom. Unfortunately the normal doomers choose to completely ignore them.
I'm not saying prices will start rising, but they will bottom out over the next few months.
You know it to be true.0
