It doesn't actually say how much texts cost it just says replied to messages cost 60p. So I am not sure if that means its standard charge to vote and you only get charged if you reply to a message or its standard charge then 60p for the reply you get? Also it says by supplying telephone number your happy for the newspaper publisher to contact you. If you put STOP at the end of the message you won't be contacted.
Voting closes at 9am on 24th Feb and it warns your be charged if you vote after this but your vote won't count.
