I think this is in the right place as it involves paying £1 but is an online competition, not postal, text or telephone. Please let me know if it is in the wrong place and I'll delete.
To enter you need to make a donation of at least £1 and you can do this here by clicking on the donate now button on the left hand side and using paypal.
Click here for details of competition.
Donate a Pound Campaign : Prize Draw
As part of our “Donate a Pound” Campaign, Scottish Gemini aim to change the current image of our Central Scotland town of Falkirk and transform it into a “cannae no take” tourist destination. There truly is such a great deal of history and fantastic scenery here in Falkirk and the surrounding area.
So, as part of our “Donate a Pound” Campaign to help the National Trust for Scotland build the Burns’ Birthplace Museum, we have some fantastic prizes, some of which relate directly to the Falkirk area.
To enter into the draw, all you need to do is make a donation of a pound or more, as simple as that!
The draw for prizes will take place on St Andrew's Night, Monday, 30th November 2009, the official end of the Homecoming Scotland 2009 year. Winners will be advised by Monday, 7th December 2009.
Weekend Break for two in Falkirk
This customised weekend break in Falkirk with the Scottish Gemini Team as your personal hosts includes:
Avon%20Aqueduct.jpgAll travel from and to the nearest airport/train station
    Two nights en-suite b&b accommodation
Full day guided trip on the River Avon Heritage Trail
Two half day guided trips to local tourist attractions*
An evenings entertainment & meal with the Scottish Gemini Team

    Falkirk%20Wheel%20at%20Night.jpg
*tailor your tour and choose from the Falkirk Wheel, World Heritage Antonine Wall & Roman Fort Rough Castle, Callander House,Linlithgow Palace, Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle – to name a few!!
[Note : prize does not include travel to and from nearest arrival point to Falkirk, nor travel insurance. The holiday is based on two persons sharing a double or twin room].

Rosebank%20F&F.jpgCollectors Item : Rosebank Single Malt Whisky – Flora & Fauna
The Rosebank Distillery was established in Falkirk in 1840 and sadly ceased distilling in 1994. However, this makes Rosebank Single Malt Scotch Whisky an increasingly collectable item. From the Flora & Fauna range, this 12 year old is a fantastic malt for either drinking or saving as an investment.
[Suitable alternative prize for under 18yos].
Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j
