They have send me loads of bits of paper.
The main one that Iv "signed", has a little box at the bottom, and it says;
This is a Credit Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Sign it only if you want to be legally bound be its terms.
Signature of Customer Date of Signature
(please type your name) (dd/mm/yyyy)
MY NAME 10/03/2008
I applied for this online, hence why my name is just typed in, not signed properly. Does this count?
Thanks

Section 127(3) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 stated that a court was not entitled to make an enforcement order on an agreement unless an agreement existed that contained certain "prescribed terms" and was signed by the debtor.
The Consumer Credit Act 2006 repealed that section, but only for agreements made after April 2007. Meaning that agreements from after that date could no longer be deemed automatically unenforceable.
Agreements made before April 2007 are still covered by the old section 127(3).Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
