no , not in the puzzle itself, the words in the coloured squares read a song lyric, so when i'd finished the puzzle the letters reading down are

were all going on a summer holiday,

there's no coloured square with an apostrophe in and it doesn't read 'we are all...

it's def were

i haven't put an apostrophe in the answer box ,

but i suppose it's up to the individual when you enter if you want to put one in .
