  • So I could have got :

    1 x No 7 Protect and Perfect Serum 16.75
    1 x Instant radiance foundation £13.25
    1 x Instant radiance concealer £12.00

and till would have taken off :

1 x Instant radiance concealer £12.00 (as free with foundation)
    1 x Instant radiance concealer £12.00 (3rd item in 342 offer)

So total to pay would have been = £18.00 ????? (and only £15.00 with the £3 off P&P serum voucher)

Oh I'm gutted now as I only bought the Stay Perfect Foundation Compact as I'd bought an extra foundation and concealer which they wouldn't let go through the till ! I thought I'd done something wrong but SA said it had taken off 2 items so I was getting 442 (rather than 324), but with above I could have got 341 !

Would they take back the Stay Perfect Foundation Compact (or is it no return on all cosmetics)

Never mind, you live and learn. And then I wouldn't have been able to use the 150 extra points voucher too

And yes this is very addictive !

    Thanks

I would take it back *if* your Boots has the lip stuff on 3 for 2. Mine said it wasn't included; other people have gotten it 3 for 2 elsewhere.
The lip creams are definatey on 3 for 2 in Manchester. I just checked the internet too and its 3 for 2 there!

boo_2112 and hotpot4 I think it will work like this, but only ever used 500 points vouchers on 3 for 2 nappies myself ...

    With 8 x Huggies and 1 x Nappy sacks
    8 x Huggies @ £2.49 = £19.92
    1 x Basics Nappy sacks @ £0.49
    Total Spend £20.41

    Till takes off 8 x £1.25 for BOGOF = £10.00
Original Total to pay £10.41 plus 500+ points

Non Boots vouchers do not bring total spend down as far as points are concerned as they are classed the same as a cash payment so...

4 x huggies £1.25 vouchers bring it down to £0.41 and 500+ points
8 x huggies £1.25 vouchers bring it down to £5.41 and 500+ points

With 8 x Huggies and 3 packs of Heinz pots(6 x huggies and 3 heinz takes total to £9.47)
    8 x Huggies @ £2.49 = £19.92
3 x Heins pots when using pc voucher £2.03
    Total Spend £21.95

    Till takes off 8 x £1.25 for BOGOF = £10.00
Original Total to pay £11.95 plus 500+ points

Use 4 Huggies vouchers £6.95, or 8 Huggies vouchers £1.95 with 500+ points gained

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
    new to the Boots thread.

Can anyone tell me about the Bourgois voucher as weston-super-mare had lots of the sharpeners (no tweezers or nail varnish remover).

My SA wouldnt give me the 17 GWP when I tried the lipgloss and free lip glaze as she said it had to be over £5 after discounts ?

Thanks Broclo but i'm still confused, as you know from helping me in the past it takes a while before the penny drops, does the till see 4 x huggies wipes on BOGOF as £4.98 or £9.96 spend? So if i get bag of nappy sacks to push it over to £10.45 or would it only see as £5.47 IYSWIM then - 4 x £1.25 vouchers? ( i understand about the till seeing vouchers as cash)

I'm pretty sure others (passion8?!) have got it all. Maybe it is how you do it?

Ie: Hand over £3.79 lip pot, £3.79 lip gloss and GWP. Then the £1 off lipgloss from acm, then 'ooo look what I have' the free lip pot voucher from mag. Till says £2.79 and so SA can not argue. But maybe if you produce all at once they will. Try the old...lets see what the till says please!

If this is the one you mean it is/was £11.25 ( I say is as still full price in some stores ~was last time I checked anyway)
