Clotted cream surplus 2nd Jun 08 at 6:20 PM
I have a huge tub of clotted cream left over after we had cream tea for our weekend treat yesterday. Has anyone ever cooked with clotted cream? I'm thinking omelettes and quiche for which I normally use double cream. Any and all suggestions gratefully received.
