BG new tarrif for existing customers 15th Jan 20 at 5:41 PM
If I switch to the new cost-saving British Gas Energy tariff as an existing British Gas Energy customer, do they still change the exit fee from my existing BG tariff (60 it says on my account in the MSE Energy comparison)

Taking into account the 25 cash back if I do have to pay the exit fee still - I guess the cost of switching is effectively, therefore, 35 is that right?

    Hi,

    from BG T&Cs,

    3

    Your tariff terms and conditions

If you want to cancel or switch

If you move to another tariff with us, the exit fee will not apply.

    Y'all take care now.
