Exporting HSBC statements 14th Jan 20 at 8:35 PM
I have had a lot of trouble trying to do this as the previous option seems to have been removed.
After a lot of emails I found this:-

This does allow you to download 12 months of Statement as a CSV file to be imported into a spreadsheet.
Some editing may still be necessary.
I also have this as a pretty PDF with pictures but I can't see how to insert/ upload it.

    Select the current account
    you wish to download
    midata on, then click on
    Manage.
    Click on midata
    download.

    The customer can switch
    and confirm the current
    account from the
    ‘Accounts’ dropdown list
    Select Download.

    You are prompted to
    download the csv file.
    NB. Download settings
    differ according to
    operating system.

    Your default spreadsheet
    software will now view the
    midata download.
