Falmouth PCN 19th Sep 19 at 12:34 PM
My wife recently received a PCN for allegedly overstaying in the Maritime Car Park but we paid for 2 hours and I am sure that the signs said an hour extra free was granted for holders of a displayed blue badge. We didnt think it would be necessary so didnt photograph the sign. She has now received a PCN which is timed within the 3 hours. We have appealed the PCN and awaitin g the outcome.

Is there anybody who lives in Falmouth, as opposed to us in Sussex, who could if needed photograph the sign for me and send it to my phone. Many thanks.

I didnt snooze as you say I was waiting for the Museum to reply to enable them to make a decision and git it cancelled which I expected. They took so long that the number ran out of time, am I so wrong.

I wrongly it seems allowed the landowners time to reply to my letter but as I said THEY took so long not me. Is there anything I can now do to move this on POPLA suggested asking Premier for another code, not me. Should I write to Premier again.

Just had a reply from PREMIER and they refuse to issue another POPLA number saying that there are 2 choices either pay the money or they will start recovery action. They also said that any further corerespondance will not be answered

Completely misleading advice from POPLA - there is no prospect of a new POPLA code from the PPC,

Follow what Fruitcake advised. Wait to see what PP's next move is.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask.
