Autoglass poor job 13th Jun 19 at 7:02 PM
Autoglass replaced my bmw 5 windscreen couple months back. Next day I noticed trim seal clips broken causing gap between trim rubber and windscreens allowe large amount of water to go in to the engine compartment.!
They send a engineer a week later who has no clips agreed or necessary tools. Another week later engineer come and replaced clips also added some silicon to trim.
Now 2 months later after a week of rain all passenger side is soak in wet. A lot water dripping from back of glow box. All electrical beyond may be damaged already.

Can I go to bmw dealer ask them to solve the problem, replace trim , seal or anything necessary and reimburse cost from autoglass or sue them if they not pay?
I am annoyed to deal with them and wondering what is the best way to solve the problem
    Appreciate for any coment.

    Talk to Autoglass again.

I cheekily phoned them for advice about what glue to restick the scuttle to the bottom edge of the screen (which might be your problem too). They said lifetime warranty, looked up the records from several years before, and came and did it for nothing.
