    PPI - I don't know if I have got it 15th May 19 at 7:41 AM
I don't know if I ever had PPI (I have only had a few credit cards.) I have read your guide on claiming but even though I can find forms for previously rejected claims, I cannot find any forms for making a claim.
I am with Nationwide Building Society. Is there a template letter I could use or can I check online?

Just call and ask them if you had PPI. Then, if appropriate, you can make your complaint.

Credit cards can, if all your cards were with nationwide then look at your statements for PPI (any month where you didn't pay off in full it could be charged) or ask them.
