Days 4 & 5 done, must make more of an effort next week, lunch has been a bit boring with the usual sandwich and crisps. Have a good weekend everyone x

I make my own lunch anyway (unless it's staff training/uni event days, where they feed us) so this isn't much of a challenge for me but I'll lurk to give/receive inspiration!
Looks like leftovers for me for most of the week -
    Mon - fish pie
Tue - teryaki noodles with shredded veggies and fake chicken
Rest of the week depends what we have for dinner but at least 1 day will be honey-mustard dressed salad with walnuts, apples, and cranberries. Another day will probably be fishcakes and salad.

I nearly gave in today as I forgot to make lunch last night, but bought a tin of tuna, bag of salad, bottle of mayonnaise and a yoghurt with me to make the lunch later instead so 11/19. On track as I get taken for lunch on Thursdays!

    Morning,

Some really good lunches this past week or so.

List has been updated on the first page, please let me know if I've missed anyone or if I've made any errors.

I'll miss my target by one day this month but it's better than last month.

Have a great weekend peeps xx
