NHS interview... 15th Apr 19 at 7:13 PM
    Hi,

I currently work as a band 2 in the NHS and have annintervuee for a band 3 role. Couple of questions really:
Anyone working in the NHS have any advice? I currently work as a secretarial assistant and applying for medical secretary. I'm comfortable in that role as I have covered for the secretaries before but wondered if there were any 'key' words they like to hear?
Also, as I'll be changing bands, will I start at the bottom of the new band or the equivalent to where I am now? I'm currently on pay point 5.

    Many thanks :-)

You will go up one incremental point from the equivalent salary so you are given a pay rise.
