Advice on where to begin negotiations for this property. 15th Apr 19 at 4:04 PM
    Hi All,

I was hoping to get some advice from this wonderful group - What would you guys offer on this Property, its one of those of 'Offers in region of' listings, so I'm not sure where to begin negotiations at.

I've read up here people normally begin in the region of 90% of asking price etc..

Unfortunately as a new user I can post urls, - can someone be kind to do so?

the site is RightMove and the ending of the url is

    property-for-sale/property-78787970.html?premiumA=true

Looks nice inside - nothing needs doing beyond decorating to your own taste, at least at first blush. Rear garden is either awful or awesome, depending.

But there's this: 4-bed on the same road, for an asking of 75K less:

    It's under offer, though.

Its a lot overpriced still even though it has already been reduced. For the price they are asking you would expect to get a garage on the side of the house not at the bottom of the garden.

I would think the value would be nearer 600k not what they are asking. Plus it is a long way from the station.
