Halifax Offer online valuation 15th Apr 19 at 10:44 AM
Hi, just received mortgage offer from Halifax really quick and efficient service.
They never did an actual valuation on property they said it was online, is this normal?
One week from application to offer, it is 65ltv though.

Was it a purchase or remortgage.
If purchase, they possibility did a drive by valuation, if remortgage, they usually use their house price index for fairly low LTV’s.
